Udder Chaos (UC) turn around time(TAT) is as follows,
Digital items will be completed up to 10 business days after your order is made.
UC will email a digital mockup of any other items to be approved by customer.
All items will be completed and shipped out 1.5 to 2 weeks prior to the date the you stated that they are needed the items by. If there is no date stated at checkout your order will be refunded.
UC is not responsible for any items after received by USPS.
NO refunds or exchanges will be made due to items being custom made to each customer.
